KATHMANDU, Dec 27: Main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) boycotted Monday’s session of parliament, for the sixth time in a row. NC chief whip Laxman Ghimire said Prime Minister and Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal failed to address NC´s concerns. He said the NC wants to know the progress on the commitments the PM made on the NC’s nine-point demand, in November. "The YCL has continued its atrocities and it is tough for the people from other political ideologies to live a normal life," he said. Since the PM remained indifferent to NC concerns, Ghimire said, it´s worthless to stay in the parliament.
