KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Nagarik editor-in-chief Narayan Wagle´s mother Prem Kumari Wagle has died at age 71 on Monday. She was taken to TU Teaching Hospital on Monday afternoon after developing respiratory problems.

She died at 4:30 pm. She is survived by two sons.

She was cremated at Pashupati Aryaghat in the evening. Narayan´s younger brother Janak, who is in the US, is returning home Monday.
