NA welfare center at Pashupatinath

KATHMANDU, Aug 13: With the aim to facilitate the serving and retired personnel of Nepal Army during ´puja´, donations and funeral ceremony, NA has established a ´Sainik Sewa Kendra´, or an army welfare center, at Pashupatinath Area.



Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Gaurav Shumsher JBR, on Tuesday inaugurated the center, established with the welfare fund of NA, amidst a ceremony held at Upendra Mahadev Sattal and Taleju Sattal located in the area. [break]



According to the Directorate of Public Relations (DPR) of NA, the center would serve other visitors of Pashupatinath Temple as well. General people can take advantage of minor health check-up while visiting the temple, according to the statement by DPR. Those who want to avail the center´s service can call 01-6924090, as per DPR.
