MPRF refrained from announcing their parliamentary party meeting decision after a meeting saying that they would announce their decision later during the electoral process.

It’s noteworthy that 11 among 25 MPRF lawmakers voted for Maoist chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal during the third round of the election going against the party decision.

MPRF (Democratic), Tarai Madhesh Democratic Party (TMDP) and Sadbhawana Party, who together have 57 lawmakers, would remain neutral during Sunday’s election.
