Motorcyclist killed by falling stone

PALPA, April 25: A motorcyclist was killed after a stone fell on him at Dumre of Madanpokhara in Palpa district along the Siddhartha Highway.

Amrit Shrestha of Madanpokhara-3 died on the spot after the stone fell on him, Deputy Superintendent of Police Prakash Simkhada said. Shrestha was driving his motorcycle (Lu 20 Pa 4382) on his way to Butwal from Palpa.


Likewise, pillion rider Anju Saru, 24, of Madanpokhara-3 has sustained minor injuries. RSS
