Speaking at an interaction program in Bhaktapur on Saturday, Basnet accused the home ministry of imposing false accusations on Parshuram.[break]
Basnet affirmed that the Police had failed to make it to his house although he had repeatedly said that Parshuram was with him.
Basnet vowed to protect Parshuram until it is proven that his cadre is innocent.
