Leave the district or else face action: Maoists in Kailali

DHANGADHI, May 6: Cadres of Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) in Kailali district have issued a diktat that all those supporting President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav’s step to reinstate the army chief to leave the district or else face serious consequences.


Issuing a press statement on Wednesday, Rishi Raj Binadi, an area in-charge of the party in Kailali district, ordered all the political parties, organizations, and individuals supporting the president’s move to leave their places and homes within a week. [break]



“The political parties, organizations and the individuals supporting the constitutional coup staged in the country should leave your homes within a week or else be prepared to face retaliatory action to be taken by the party,” the statement said.



Earlier on Tuesday, similar diktat was issued by Maoists in Ramechhap district.
