Addressing an election gathering at Gunjanagar of western Chitwan on Friday, he said, "The Congress does what it says."[break]
"Drafting a new constitution and developing the county is the party´s responsibility," he claimed and urged the people to make the party victorious in the Constituent Assembly election with two-third majority.
The party is serious towards the development of health sector, roadways, water facility and construction of an embankment in the Chitwan Constituency No. 4, he claimed. NC President Koirala arrived here Thursday in course of an election publicity campaign.
