On the occasion, Khanal urged for positive role from all sides to conclude the peace process.

The lawyers can deliver vital suggestions regarding the contents of the new constitution as the country mulls for it, he added.

Likewise, UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokhrel alleged the Maoist of engaging in taking undue advantages by remaining at the center of politics.

He said the Maoist proposal to form one army force inside the national army was not acceptable to the UML.

UML leaders Yubaraj Gyawali and Raghu Pant urged the lawyers to cooperate to end the transition and instability in the country.
