K2-Everest Golf tournament concludes

KATHMANDU, March 14: The K2-Everest Friendship Golf Tournament held by the Pakistani Embassy concluded here on Saturday.

In the tournament participated by 51 golfers Arnav Sharma with 40 points under his belt emerged as the winner while Nepal Army's former Major General Mahesh Bahadur Karki came second with 39 points whereas another NA's former Major General GB Limbu with equal points came third.


The tournament was also participated by women and children. Pakistani ambassador to Nepal Arshad Saud Khosa and Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) Gaurav SJB Rana jointly conferred the awards to the winning players.

The Pakistani Embassy has been organizing the golf tournament annually with an objective to strengthen the bilateral relations existing between the two countries through sporting events. RSS
