Bansal also inspected the embankment area and five spurs build to control the river.
The delegation included Nepal’s Minister for Irrigation Bal Krishna Khand, Indian state minister for water resources G H Pal and Water Resources minister of Indian state of Bihar Bijendra Kumar Yadav.
Minister Bansal stated that India is concerned about long-term solution for Koshi as it had also created havoc in India.
