Indian army delegation meets PLA chief

KATHMANDU, Jan 3: Deputy Chief of Army Staff (Information Systems Training) of India, Lt. Gen. SPS Dhillon, met with the commander of the Maoist People’s Liberation Army (PLA) in Kathmandu on Saturday afternoon. PLA chief Nanda Kishor Pun and former deputy commander Barsha Man Pun met the visiting Indian army delegation at the Indian Gorkha Army quarters at Lainchaur. Nothing has been disclosed about what transpired between the two teams during the talks.
