The meeting also passed a condolence resolution over the demise of its coordinator.[break]
However, the meeting could not decide who would lead the HLPM but has agreed to appoint the new coordinator after holding broad discussions on the upcoming days.
Meanwhile, the leaders attending the meeting agreed on formation of the proposed State Restructuring Commission (SRC) at the earliest.
Unified CPN (Maoist) leaders—Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Naryan Kaji Shrestha and Dev Gurung, UML leaders—Jhala Nath Khanal, Bhim Rawal and Bishnu Poudel and NC leaders—Sushil Koirala, Sher Bahadur Deuba and Ram Chandra Poudel, among other were present in the meeting.
