There is a high possibility of heavy rainfall in the afternoon and in the evening today in the eastern region, weather expert Samir Shreshta told Republica.
The monsoon entered Nepal on June 13. With black clouds, strong winds are raging toward west from east. The rain will also likely to fall in the hills and Terai in the central region.
