Hearing on generals' case ends

KATHMANDU, April 27: The protracted hearing on the government application against the Supreme Court´s stay order against the government decision to pension eight brigadier generals of Nepal Army concluded on Monday. Justices Anup Raj Sharma and Prem Sharma conducted the hearing on the case for nine days. The controversy over the retirement began after the government did not extend the tenure of the generals in March.
