Guardians want regular power supply during SLC exams

KATHMANDU, Feb. 26: The Guardians Association of Nepal has urged the Government to ensure regular power supply during the upcoming School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations.



Issuing a statement here on Tuesday, Chairperson of the Association Suprabhat Bhandari urged the government to ensure that power outage does not take place during the night at least a week before the examinations begin.



He has also referred to the previous instances when the Government has withdrawn power outage during the examinations.



Almost 600,000 students are appearing in the SLC examinations 2013 taking place across the country from coming March 14 to 23.
