Issuing a press statement on Tuesday, the ministry said the government has formed a high-level organising committee under the convenership of Foreign Minister Sujata Koirala for the conference.
Senior government officials, business leaders and representatives of NRN Association and other distinguished personalities are its members.
The committee will oversee the activities being carried out and provide needful guidance to accomplish the conference in a successful manner, the ministry said.
The conference will discuss and exchange views on suggestions and contributions from NRN on the process of writing the new constitution, foreign employment and remittance and contributions of NRN in furthering the objectives of economic diplomacy, among others.
The general assembly of the NRN will also elect a new president and other office bearers for the next two years. About 500 NRNs from around the world are expected to take part in the conference.
The government has given due importance to the NRNs by providing full cooperation and assistance to NRN initiatives, the Foreign Ministry added.
