The deceased are Hira Bahadur KC of Arthunge-1, driver Khadka Bahadur Thapa, 28, of Barangja, Hiradevi Paija of Kuhun-7 and Nir Bahadur Pun of Kailali district.
Police said four of the injured are being treated at Myagdi Hospital while the rest 15 have been sent to Pokhara for further treatment. Police said around 30 people were on board.
Police said the vehicle skidded off the road and fell 150 meters down, probably after brake failure as the road was slippery.
