At a function organized to honoured elected FNJ members at CIN’s office in Chakupati on Monday, FNJ President Shiva Gaule said the new representatives will work for the implementation of Working Journalist Act.[break]
The election agenda will be implemented with due priority, he said.
At the function, FNJ General Secretary Om Sharma said the journalists’ body will act tough on the implementation of the Working Journalists’ Act and misuse of press passes.
Chairman of Community Radio Broadcaster Association and CNI’s President Min Bahadur Sahi expressed hope that the FNJ will work for ending discriminatory provision in distributing radio licence.
