RAJBIRAJ, Dec 13: A 13-year-old boy has died of hypothermia resulting from the cold wave sweeping the southern plain compounded with thick blanket of fog at Gobargadha, Saptari last night.
The deceased has been identified as Bandana Kumari Mukhiya of Hanumannagar Yogini Municipality – 8, police said.

The boy went to sleep without warm clothes and was found dead. With the winter season in full swing and the plummeting temperature, normal life has been made difficult in the districts of Tarai including Saptari. RSS
