The applications for the visa are done through www.dvlottery.state.gov during the registration period.
The Embassy added that the US Department of State will officially publish notification between May 1 and June 30 in the same website.
The office has also clarified that the DV lottery winners are not guaranteed visa and that those applicants who do not include spouse and unmarried children under 21 will be disqualified.
