Issuing a press statement on Monday, chairman of HPP Bishnu Kumar Prasai also claimed that even European Union was involved in the abduction as the whole incident was designed to tarnish image of the Hindu community. [break]
"The doctor must have been received death threats to abide by their directives," the statement further claims.
The party has also condemned the Maoists for including the name of a Hindu party in the incident.
