DFTQC seals Unique Fast-food restaurant

KATHMANDU, Aug 31: Unique Fast-food, an Anamnagar-based restaurant has been sealed on the charge of selling unhygienic food items on Friday.



The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control (DFTQC) sealed the restaurant today as it was found to have used date-expired food items and rotten meat.[break]



A team of monitors had inspected the restaurant after they got complaints of finding matchsticks in chowmein served by the restaurant.
