Earlier, the police had presented the accused before the court seeking judicial detention till the completion of an investigation.
Police arrested Pandit, a schoolboy, Wednesday on the charge of killing Aasish Manandhar and Ritesh Rauniyar on November 15. Two other accused – Dipak Meheta and Birendra Kumar Pandit – are absconding.
