KATHMANDU, Jan 31: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has assured that the new government would focus on creating child-friendly structures.
During a meeting with a delegation led by Child Media Centre's Chairman Rabiraj Basaula, Chairman Oli said, "Children are the zone of peace. Their health must not be jeopardized."

Centre's Chairman Basula suggested Chairman Oli that laws and policies to be formulated in the local, provincial and central level be child friendly. The governments' plans should focus on protection and promotion of child rights.
The delegation also submitted a memorandum to the leader, mentioning various areas of focus for child rights.
