He is scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting with his counterpart and Minister for Foreign Affairs Madhav Ghimire today at 6:15 pm at Hotel Yak and Yeti. Sources at the foreign ministry said he would pay a courtesy call on Vice President Parmananda Jha on Tuesday.
Similarly, the Chinese official will meet Chairman of the Election Council of Ministers Khil Raj Regmi at the latter´s office in Singha Durbar the same day.
Sources at the MOFA confirmed that two agreements will be signed during his visit. There will be an agreement related to Chinese assistance to the Election Commission and another for constructing an Armed Police Force (APF) training academy, sources said.
State Councilor Yang will inaugurate the opening ceremony of the Ring Road improvement project on Tuesday morning, officials said.
