KATHMANDU, March 27: Following CPN-UML decision to boycott the cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal did not convene the meeting Friday. Most of the cabinet members had gathered at the prime minister’s office at 4 p.m. but no formal meeting took place. “We informed the prime minister at the informal meeting about our party’s decision to boycott the meeting until the killers of one of our workers are arrested,” said Minister for Water Resources Bishnu Poudel, who represents the CPN-UML.
