PALPA, June 20: The CPN-Maoist General Secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa has said that the incumbent Constituent Assembly (CA) can't issue the people's constitution.

Speaking at a news conference in the district headquarters today, leader Thapa said that a high-level political conference should be constituted to bring the constitution by dissolving the current CA.

He added that allocating the authority to the commission for the delineation and name of the provinces has proved that the CA is meaningless.

In another context, leader Thapa said that there was no possibility of unification between his party and the UCPN (Maoist). RSS
