Speaking to an interaction at Damak, Jhapa on Monday, Pun, who is a former finance minister, said, "Constituent Assembly is the best institution to draft a people friendly constitution." [break]
He added that the CA election will be held on the scheduled date as the parties were paving the way to take the disgruntled parties in to confidence.
Pun maintained that the six-point deal reached between Upendra Yadav-led alliance and High Level Political Committee has ensured the November polls.
"The talks with Federal Socialist Party and the Baidya-led alliance is heading in a positive direction," he added.
