KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Visiting Major General Duncan Capps CBE, General Officer Commanding Regional Command of the British Army held a meeting with Chief of the Army Staff Purna Chandra Thapa on Wednesday.
During the meeting, Capps and Thapa dwelled on the issues of mutual interests and bilateral ties, according to a press release issued by the Army Headquarters.
