KATHMANDU, March 1: A bomb hoax spread panic in Babarmahal area after a man identifying himself as Abadesh called up Avenus TV on Friday evening and informed that Nepal Maoist Party (Revolutionary) has planted a bomb near the Rato Bhale restaurant.
A bomb disposal squad along with sniffer dogs was deployed in the area. However, the squad didn´t find bomb. [break]
The information was a hoax to terrorize people, said SP Uttam Raj Subedi.
