AICRI win friendlies

KATHMANDU, June 10: All India Cricket Research Institute (AICRI) won both the friendly T20 cricket matches by eight wickets over Kathmandu Cricket Training Center (KCTC) on Wednesday at the LAB Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

In the first match, KCTC set 85-run target for AICRI losing all wickets in 17 overs. In reply, the Indian side scored 88 runs in 13.2 overs losing only two wickets. Man-of-the-match Jasbindar Singh struck 34 unbeaten runs.

In the other match, riding on 52 runs of man-of-the-match Peroloy Dev, AICRI beat KCTC by eight wickets as the team achieved the 150-run target set by KCTC in 15.5 overs.
