With Afghanistan pulling out, the remaining three teams - host Nepal, Palestine and Kyrgyzstan will play a round-robin league of three matches. All matches will now start at 1500(0915 GMT).
According to the new schedule Nepal will take on Palestine on the inaugural match on Thursday.
