Absconding murderer in police net

KATHMANDU: Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu on Tuesday arrested Subash Lama, 22, from Boudha-5 on the charge of murdering Ghanashyam Mahat 18, of Kumarithan-16, Balaju. Mahat was murdered at Manamaiju-2 Hiletol on 21 March, 2008 by Lama´s gang. Lama, originally from Larkukhola of Kavre, was at large after the murder, according to the police.



 Meanwhile, police have found the body of Fulmaya Tamang, 35, at Dhapashi near Ganesh Temple on Monday. According to the police, the body has been sent to Teaching Hospital for postmortem. Tamang, originally from Mulpani of Bhojpur, was living in a rented room in the capital.
