35 children lost in 11 months in Banke

NEPALGUNJ, June 12: Thirty-five children have been lost from different places of Banke district in the last 11 months period.



It is suspected that the children might have been abducted on the basis of the information given by the parents, according to the District Police Office, Banke.



A majority of the children who are lost belong to the Dalit and Muslim communities from rural areas.



Parents of the missing children have blamed the district police office of negligence in finding the children.
