A jury comprising well-known international and national personalities presented three title prizes, after reviewing 40 finalists. Images were submitted by 25 Nepalese photographers across the globe. [break]
The jury included Jitendra Raj Bajracharya, MzMouse Adams, Arpan Shrestha, Surendra Lawoti, Sarad Rai, Mikel Dunham and Hari Bangsha Kirant.
Participating photographers also voted for three Viewer’s Choice prizes.
Shishir’s image, entitled “Itumbahal,” was one of three images chosen under the Long Exposure theme, while images from Prajwal Bhattarai, Sandeep Rimal, Navesh Chitrakar, Shikhar Bhattarai and Pranish Pradhan were selected to receive the Viewer’s Choice award.
