Gold price reaches all-time high at Rs 160,400 per tola

KATHMANDU, Sept 25: The price of gold has reached an all-time high in the domestic market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold has increased by Rs 700 per tola, reaching Rs 160,400 per tola. This is the highest price of gold recorded so far.

Earlier, on Tuesday, the price of gold was set at Rs 159,700 per tola.

Meanwhile the price of silver has also increased today. The price of silver has increased by Rs 40 per tola and is being traded at Rs 1,955 per tola today. Silver was sold at Rs 1,915 per tola on the previous day.
