The jeep (Gha 1 Cha) en-route to Damek from Baglung met with an accident near Deurali Chowk, in the district. [break]
Three among the injured are said to be in critical condition and have been sent to Pokhara for further treatment.
However, the rest of the injured are undergoing treatment at Dhaulagiri Zonal Hospital.
The injured have been identified as, Chandra Bahadur BK, Seti BK, Milan Ale, Keshav Khadka and Ram Bhadur Khadka of Sigana-3, Deepak Thapa, Krishna Bashyal, Milan Mijar and Maya Bohara of Sigana-1, Durga Bahadur Gharti, Dil Kumari BK of Dhullubanskot, Hari Prasad BK, Balvir Thapa and Uma Thapa of Bareng and Ramesh of Rayadaanda-7.
The jeep driver Dambar KC of Rayadanda-3 has sustained minor injuries. He has been detained, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police, Shailendra Kumar Khadka.
