Elected representative arrested for thrashing a local resident in Palpa

PALPA, Oct 24: An elected representative was arrested in Palpa on the charge of thrashing a man in Palpa. The arrestee has been identified as Chunna Bahadur Bista, the ward member of Tinau rural municipality-6.
