Sister city relations between Washington State and Gandaki Province proposed

KATHMANDU, Nov 17: Chief Minister of Gandaki Province Prithvi Subba Gurung has proposed to establish sister-city relations between Washington State of the United States and Nepal's Gandaki Province.
