By 8.30 am this morning, Khand, the candidate of the ruling coalition, has maintained his lead with 3,419 votes as 9,140 votes have been counted so far.
BUTWAL, Nov 7: A couple was found dead in a house located in Devdaha municipality-5 Palpali tol of Rupandehi on Monday. Husband Bolindra Jolmi Magar, 36, and Hemkala Jolmi Magar, 32, were found dead inside the house.

RUPANDEHI, Nov 17: Adhikari Vegetable Farm of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-3 of Rupandehi had got a grant of Rs 400,000 from the government for commercial vegetable farming. The Ministry of Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperative had provided the grant, on condition that the farmer would contribute equal amount, for vegetable farming.
RUPANDEHI, Nov 10: Rupandehi, Kapilbastu and Nawalparasi have given top priority to construction of concrete bridges. The three districts have already completed five such bridges while 51 are under construction. According to the office of the road division, Butwal, the bridges have been designed to widen the road network in the villages and towns.
