BAGMATI, Sept 20: A new track road stretching seven kilometers has been constructed under the Terai-Madhes Road Infrastructure Special Program. The Road Division Office Hetauda had built the road in Makawanpur, Bara and Parsa districts in the fiscal year 2020/21.
