NEA to start collecting Rs 6 billion arrears from the local govts, street lights to be lit only after meter installation

KATHMANDU, Nov 22: The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has started collecting street light arrears. The NEA has asked the local level authorities to settle their dues within a week and to install meters for street lights.
