HELSINKI/BRUSSELS Oct 6: Europe may limp through the cold winter months with the help of brimming natural gas tanks despite a plunge in deliveries from former top supplier Russia only to enter a deeper energy crisis next year, the head of the International Energy Agency said.

KATHMANDU, March 7: Though the Nepal Oil Corporation is importing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in normal fashion, Kathmandu Valley has started to see a distribution crisis as consumers are panicking and rushing to buy the cooking gas cylinders.
