Physically challenged ex-combatant raped in Rolpa

ROLPA, May 23: A 25-year-old physically challenged woman at Triveni Rural Municipality-5 in Rolpa district was raped. The alleged victim is also the former Maoist combatant who sustained injuries during insurgency.

KATHMANDU, Sept 5: Former Maoist combatant Sanjaya Jargha Magar, 25, originally from Bhainse of Malwanpur district, died early Sunday morning at Dillibazaar prison, where he had been serving a jail term for engaging in fraud, petrol pump meter tampering and black-marketing of petroleum products.
