Koshi provincial govt reaches five-point agreement with advocates of identity-based naming of province

BIRATNAGAR, Feb 9: The Koshi Provincial government and advocates calling for naming the province based on ethnic identity have reached a five-point agreement on Friday. The two sides have agreed to rename the province in accordance with the constitution.
