GORKHA, August 18: Only 194 international tourists visited the Manaslu Conservation Area in the fiscal year 2020/21, arguably due to the COVID-19 pandemic. According to the Manaslu Conservation Area Project (MCAP), 74 tourists visited the region in March while 56 others visited Manaslu in April.

RASUWA, August 3: The flow of tourists to Langtang National Park has decreased by a wide margin in the current fiscal year. The spread of COVID-19 which forced the government to impose a lockdown and prohibitory orders inside the country has seriously affected the tourism industry.
