FNJ demands legal action against people threatening journalist covering Karnali Minister rape case

SURKHET, Sept 9: The Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) has demanded legal action against personal secretary Prem Budha and press advisor Nandakesh Adhikari of Karnali Province Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives, Kurma Raj Shahi for threatening a journalist covering the story of the rape-accused minister.

SURKHET, September 4: Alleged rapist Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives of Karnali Province, Kumar Raj Shahi has accused the female victim of publicizing a two-year-old video after he failed to pay the demanded sum of Rs 50 million.
