NC gives full shape to Publicity Sub-Committees formed under Central Publicity Committee

KATHMANDU, April 15: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) has given full shape to various Sub-Committees formed under the party's Central Publicity Committee in order to make the party's publicity campaign for the upcoming local level election effective.
