Anyone involved in exporting, importing infected plants may be fined up to Rs 150,000

KATHMANDU, Dec 31: The amendment bill of the Plant Protection Act has envisaged a fine of up to Rs 150,000 for anyone who is involved in importing and exporting infected plants or plant products.
